Certifications
Gas Certification
Brix & Co have teamed up with registered gas service engineers within west yorkshire to provide a comprehensive UK gas safety service designed to meet landlords’ obligations. We only use gas and heating engineers who are on the Gas Safe register, so you can be sure your property is in the best hands.
Electric Certificates (EICR)
Brix & Co are able to provide Electrical Installation Condition Reports (EICRs) for all your properties, whether you are a landlord or a first time buyer. The report is a survey of the wiring of a property and will suggest any remedial works which should be undertaken, to bring the property up to a legal standard.
Energy Performance Certificates (EPC)
Since 2008 it has been a legal requirement to have an EPC whether you are selling a property or letting out. An EPC shows information on a property’s energy use and typical energy costs plus makes recommendations on how to reduce energy usage and increase efficiency. If you’re a landlord or selling a property, you must get this certificate ordered before you put the property on the market. Brix & Co are able to provide EPC’s at a competitive price at your earliest convenience.
